Suggest Treatment For Pimples Under The Penis Head

Question: i recenlty found two pimple size zits under the head of my penis behind forskin. they have popped and became irritates. the skin is now red. is this herpes?

Hi, if fluid filled more chances of herpes. Scabies may be another differential.

Yes, The provisional diagnosis is herpes progenitalis. It is an inflammatory skin disease caused by a herpes virus and characterized by formation of small vesicles.
Antibody titre and Tzanck smear can be done for confirmation of diagnosis.
Antiviral drug should be taken as early as possible.
