I have unpotected sex but i have this all year long. I thiught it was molloscum. Younsee all the tiny dots and stuff right ? Is it lichen planus

Yes, the tiny dots are seen and the observation is as follows:
This does not have the classical appearance of molluscum as there is no central umbilication nor the central white spot.
HPV infection can appear like this and the diagnosis is only by visual impression or biopsy and the positive history in your partner. If enlarged, may need cauterization
Another possibility is ectopic pearly penile papule, a benign non-contagious condition. This does not need any treatment.
