Suggest Treatment For Persistent Sciatica Pain

Question: SHi I have sciatica pain in left Glute and have been on low dose of Lyrica 25mg now up to 1 Morning and 2 in the evening. No relief from pain. Can I start taking low dose of endone on top of that or do I need to wait until this evrning. Very painful trying to walk and lying down. Am also taking 2 Panadol every 4 hours. Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
For sciatica pain, pain killers may be increased.
Endone can be taken too.
Tramadol and Tapentadol are other options.
Lyrica can be increased as tolerated gradually to 300 mg of total dose.
Physiotherapy and posture care is of utmost importance.
Avoid stooping forward, lifting heavy objects, sitting in a squatting position.
