Brief Answer:
Vision should be tested

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

The symptoms you described usually don't fit the classical aura of a migraine. Based on your description, it doesn't point to a specific condition. The eyes need to be examined. Vision and visual field testing should be done. Complete blood count and basic metabolic panel can also be advised based on clinical examination, if relevant. For a single episode of headache , acetaminophen or NSAIDs like naproxen alone should be enough. If its recurrent and severe with visual aura preceding it then prophylaxis can be advised, in consultation with your doctor.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
