5 ft 0in
Day 8 diarreah,
first 72hrs vomiting and diarreah
keeping liquid foods in only for about 10 min
NO gallbladder
HYSTERECTOMY/year ago.
low grade fever

Thanks for posting your query.

Well this seems like infection of the gut. Most of the time gut infection is due to Viral Infection but Viral infection will last for 3-4 days .

So in your case I am suspecting bacterial infection of the gut. For bacterial infection you need to take proper antibiotic. In my practise I prescribe a combination of Ofloxacin+Ornidazole but I would recommend you to get Stool culture sensitivity test done and use Antibiotic as per culture report.

Also avoid oily food , non veg food , milk and Curds. Drink plenty of water.
