Question: I am having a doubt if I have postpartum depression.
Weekly once I feel terrible mood swing and I end up crying for not so worthy reason.
Very rarely I also feel if I will hurt my child. But that is only may be once in 2 or 3 weeks.
I don't have any difficulty sleeping or any other issues. Can you please guide me if I have depression.
I have a 4 yr old toddler and 8 month old infant.
