Brief Answer:
Topical hydrocortisone and fusidic acid

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thank you for the pictures.
The pigmentation you have developed is called perioral dermatitis.
It could be result of any bacterial or fungal infection, Or your hormones, nutrition and even use of cosmetics and contact with strong chemicals in soap/ toothpaste.
I would suggest you intake of oral vitamin B and C tablets for few months.
Apply a cream containing hydrocortisone and fusidic acid and antifungal cream like miconazole twice a day for atleast 3 weeks.
Use good mosituriser like Emolene cream as required for dryness.
Use water-based sunscreen like Suncote sunscreen gel everytime before going out in sun.
Avoid gel based or strong toothpastes.
( Conventional simple Colgate toothpaste is good enough ! )
Drink plenty of water and have lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet.
Let me know about your condition after 3 weeks of treatment.
Thanks
