Question: Hello doctor my husband has a cut on his pennis under the head he said during sex it was hard for him to put it in is it that my virgna was dry this is the second time in which this has happened?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your husband has sustained injury to frenulum due to dry vigorous sex.

Normally bleeding stops within 5 minutes .

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination to rule out a band of adhesion between frenulum and glans penis .

He may need a minor surgery of Frenuloplasty .

In the mean while ensure to wash and clean genitals with warm water .

Apply topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
