Question: I have what patch for two months now i have it check by ent and had it biopsied the result is parakeratosis and squamous epithelial hyperplasia. Ent said ill be ok is this true? Am not satistified by his finding attach are the photos of my lesion and biopsy result

Hi and welcome.
Well don't worry as this is a benign lesion that will not harm you,it may just burn a bit. Smoking and spicy food may aggravate it ,also some disorders such as GERD may lead to some tongue changes.
It can be removed by surgery,laser or cryotherapy.

Dic heres my biopsy report plus photos of my lesions.. What can u say about the photos and biopsy findings The ent told ill be fine dont need anything just need to eat green vegetables?
