Question: Hi...my name is XXXXXXX dutta age 27 recently i hv seen a small lump which is on right testicles and pains when i touch it..the lump is kind very small when i feel the right testicle..i fear it if its a cancer it can be cyst also but i dnt knw....what are the initial level check up i need to go through..generally i dnt feel pain in day to day work if i dnt think abt it...kindly guide me the test and since um in XXXXXXX is CMC is good option.what can be the overall cost and is it curable if found .

Thanks for query .
Based on the facts that you have posted you seem to have developed Eididymal Cyst on Rt side .

It is a benign cyst and does not require any treatment unless it become painful r gets infected .

The diagnosis can be confirmed on clinical examination by a qualified Urologist and doing Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum.
