Question: Hi, the right side of my vagina is swollen. Not the inner part, but close to the entrance of the vagina and surrounding areas a bit further up. I feel a little bit of pain. What medication can I use to treat this symptom and what could be the cause.

1. Rough intercourse or allergy.
2. Vaginitis either fungal or trichomonial
3. Bartholin abscess
4. Herpes lesion
However it would be very difficult to be confirm without local examination.
