Brief Answer:
Clinical evaluation and investigations.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of pain in the bottom rib, in upper right side of abdomen.
**The rib hurts from the sternum to the spine, for which you have undergone the spine adjustment for the rib.
This pains more after eating but continues in between the meals too.
Your Mother suspects this to be a gall bladder problem.

As you have mentioned about the rib hurting from the sternum to the spine, this indicated a nerve affection and you may need an MRI of the thoracic spine. There may be a root compression due to some disease.

There is less chances of gall bladder as there is no rib pain to the spine involved in gall bladder inflammation. Yet it is better to undergo an ultrasonography of the abdomen and the upper GI Endoscopy to see if there is associated gastric or duodenal ulcer as your pain increases on food.

Hence, to get a proper diagnosis you need a clinical evaluation, actual examination and investigations so that a proper treatment can be undertaken.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
