Brief Answer:
Explained below

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Pain under shoulder blade without any history of recent trauma could be due to improper position while sleeping, bursitis or dislocation.

- Is it located more towards one side or bilaterally?
- Does the pain increase on local pressure or on movements?
- Have you noticed any restriction of movements on the affected shoulder?

You can take a combination of ibuprofen and serratiopeptidase combination which will aid in reducing any underlying inflammation resulting in the intense pain.

Kindly revert with your details.
