Question: Hi I m having pain in my testicles over a year now , I ve had 3 Ultrasounds and every one showed that I have Varicose veins but my Urologist said it can t be causing my pain because there not big enough , and every male has some form of Varicose , is this accurate thanks Sand

The pain in testicles that you have could be due to mild Varicocele .
There is temperature imbalance due to Varicocele which causes mild congestion of Testicles giving rise to discomfort .

The best treatment is to support the testicles by using Scrotal support so that testicles do not hang down .
