Brief Answer:
Migraine pain suspected

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

There are some conditions can cause pressure and pain behind one eye:

* Sinus problems (infection of sinuses)
* Headaches(cluster or tension headache )
* Damage to the optic nerve (this is accompanied by vision loss and pain moving eye)
* Tooth pain
Most probably you have migraine pain ,cluster or tension headache and you should visit a neurologist.
He will prescribe you some pain killers such indomethacin
ketorolac
naproxen
opiates
triptans
Because OTC pain killers are not enough.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
