Brief Answer:
Need more details

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.

I understand your concern but please give me some details:

Do you have frequent urination?
Do you have disuria (burning urination)?
Do you have suprapubic(lower abdomen) pain or cramps?

If you have symptoms I have mentioned above it is a urinary infection.
You may need to do a urine analysis or to start treating it in empiric way,by using broad spectrum antibiotics.

have much more fluids ,like water in your diet and cranberry teas.

All the best

It is 3:00 a.m. Here and I have gotten up twice with a feeling of a full bladder but have not been able to empty it. No burning or pain. Just now was able to pee more. Bladder still does not feel empty.

Brief Answer:
IT MAY BE AN ACUTE URINE RETENTION

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again and thanks for trusting to us .

As per your symptoms it seems to be an acute urinary retention.
Urinary retention is the inability to empty the bladder.

Causes of urinary retention include an obstruction in the urinary tract such as an 1.infections that cause swelling or irritation,
2. or a weak bladder muscle (cystocele )
3.bladder stones

Day overworked , long-standing position and age( A woman may experience urinary retention if her bladder sags or moves out of the normal position) predispose your symptoms .

In your case you should do ;
1. a detailed pelvic exam to exclude /confirm cystocele
2.urine analysis for UTI
3.bladder scan for bladder stones

All the best
