Brief Answer:
Benadryl and Ibuprofen

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

If these bug bites are itching you can try oral antihistamine like Benadryl .
If they are painful you can try:
-Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day.
-use a spray or cream that contains local anaesthetic benzocaine like Solarcaine or mild hydrocortisone (1%).

If these bugs are red, swollen ,warm and painful to touch you should consult a physician because most likely they are infected and you will need a course of antibiotics to get treated.
It would be a good idea to get them checked from a physician.

Hope it was of help.
Let me know if you have any other question or doubt to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.

Kind Regards!
