Suggest Treatment For Pain And Stretching Sensation In My Lower Abdomen And Stomach Upset
Question: Hi doctor,
I am a 29 year female and feeling pain and stretching sensation in my lower abdomen along with the burning sensation in vagina since 28th XXXXXXX I am also having stomach upset from last night. Me and my fiance had a foreplay on 26th and 27th XXXXXXX with clothings on. I gave him a handjob and during that got some semen on my hand. After 30-40 minutes i cleaned my vagina with my hands and water, but i haven't washed my hand before cleaning. I am worried, is there any possibility of conceiving or getting pregnant. There was no sexual intercourse among two of us.
I have read a few medical blogs which claim the chances of getting pregnant even if the semen is touched to female genitals without a proper intercourse.
Kindly let me know the risk of pregnancy if any and appropriate guidance to avoid it as me and my fiance are not in a state to bear a pregnancy right now.

As far as your other symptoms are concerned, I would suggest you to get a urine routine examination done so as to rule out an UTI. Do you have any associated whitish discharge from your vagina?

What if intimates are not washed with sufficient large amount of water ? i am still having that stretching feeling which is even more. Yesterday i felt vomit sensation and headache also. Although that vomit and headache feeling is not there today. my periods are due on 15th July, it would be late till i wait for my normal periods.
Is there any test which i can go through, or can you suggest by what minimum time i should go for any blood test.
Yes i have a slight whitish discharge from my vagina and a strong tensed and stretching feeling in lower abdomen.

It is unlikely that the semen deposits on your hand should cause you to be pregnant. The sperm has a fragile body which makes it unable to survive outside a human body. So, kindly wait until your periods. Your periods can get delayed due to the amount of stress taken.
The stretching pain in your lower abdomen has to be due to other causes. Like I said earlier, I would suggest you to do an urine routine examination to look from any ongoing infection. Also you have mentioned of a slightly whitish vaginal discharge. Is it whitish milky or curdy discharge?
I would suggest it best for you to consult with a gynecologist in your local area for proper examination.
