Question: I have been in contant pain and stiffness
In my both legs. It feels like lactic acid nuild up. Note: I am in my late 50's bit have this entire life it just has escalated and I exercise daily.

The constant pain in stiffness in both the legs can be due to muscle cramps, dehydration, muscle fatigue or electrolyte abnormalities. It is better to drink sufficient fluid and also see that your intake of electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium ) is sufficient. You can drink Oralyte for this.
This can be treated by (1) treating the underlying cause (2) keeping yourself well hydrated (3) stretching the muscles involved (4) the use of anti inflammatory medication such as ibuprofen, cataflam with meals provided there are no contraindications to their use (5) a muscle relaxant may be necessary
