Answered by Dr. Neeraj Kumar (22 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Get examined and investigated by a neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Unilateral numbness may be due to neuropathy or radiculopathy. Bilateral numbness is usually neuropathy and sometimes lumbar radiculopathy.
Is there any back pain, Urinary complains, weakness in lower limbs, walking difficulties, any other medical disease?
You need to get examined by a neurologist and investigated accordingly.
You may need nerve conduction study, blood test like blood sugar, thyroid profile, renal function test, liver function test, vitamin B 12 levels.
Other tests may be required according to investigations.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further information.
