Brief Answer:
I would like to rule out stomach infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Through your medical history I got to know that your child had some stomach ache with nausea and vomiting.
I would like to rule out stomach infection as this is the most likely possibility in this age group with all these presentation.
I would like to know whether the nose bleed is severe?
Is there any past history of nose bleed?
Is there any rash or bleeding from other site?
For bleeding it appears to be due to dryness of mucosa causing bleed/any nose pick causing bleed.

Give her some antiemetic like ondensetron for vomiting and nausea. This is prescription medicine so plese get it prescribed by a physician.
Give her adequate fluids to prevent any dehydration.
Pinch the nose for few minutes to stop the nasal bleed.
I would suggest you to get her evaluated by a physician to assess the hydration status and need of any other medication.
Please do ask if you have any other doubt.
Regards
