Brief Answer:
Muscle relaxants, pain control.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I am sorry about the symptoms you are experiencing.

Muscle spasm is generally treated through muscle relaxants. There are several ones like cyclobenzaprine, tiocolchicoside or benzodiazepines. They all should not be used beyond a couple of weeks due to the possibility for side effects.

Effective pain medication is essential as well, as usually with rib fracture with pain control comes spasm control as well. NSAID medication like Ibuprofen or Naproxen you mention are the right choice. If not sufficient some other painkiller like Tramadol might be added.

I remain at your disposal for further questions.
