Brief Answer:
Symptoms likely related to pinched nerve.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

Cramps in hand and fingers during night (sleep), if occur seldom, are most probably related to pinched nerve due to sleep position (prolonged pressure on nerve).

If the symptoms repeat often (every night for example), they may indicate carpal tunnel syndrome (or compression of median nerve during its pathway into the wrist).

If the symptoms are bothersome, you could consult a Neurologist and discus your concerns.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
