Hello
Welcome to HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.
I would request you to answer some of the queries in follow-up. This will help me to guide you better.
1. How did your previous erection problems and testicular problems resolved? Any medical treatment or resolved itself?
2. Currently, first to start was your erection problem or pain in testes?
3. Intensity of pain in testes? Severe or mild?
4. Do you have any other medical problems like diabetes, hypertension or any injury? Taking any medications?
5. Are you married? If yes, whats your wife's reaction to your problem?

I know this is a long list, but this would help me to know more about your health issues.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Drug treatment might be needed.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for posting the answers in follow-up.

I can understand your situation.
I have some suggestions which will help you in your erection problems:

1. Eat healthy diet which include fruits, green vegetables. Pomegranate juice acts as antioxidant and can reduce oxidative stress of body.

2. Avoid smoking and alcohol, if you consume.

3. Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation to keep your brain refreshed.

4. Kiegels exercise should be done to improve pelvic muscles strength.

5. Drugs like tadalafil or sildenafil can be used to aid in erection under doctor's guidance.
I would advice you to go for penile doppler study to know the status of penile blood circulation as adequate blood supply is crucially important for penile erection.

I don't think the testicular pain is related to erection problems. Ultrasound of abdomen and scrotum will rule out the pathology.

Do consult your doctor and discuss these issues.

Hope this helps.
Any further queries are welcome.

Thanks.
