Brief Answer:
Hypotension ,needed intervention.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

The blood pressure of 92/49 is low, even without symptoms it has to be regulated in order to prevent complications in future(poor perfusion of vital organs).
There is no limit to say safety in low blood pressure (hypotension). It has to be monitored and corrected to normal limit.
I came to know that you are on metaprolol medication from your history, the drugs used to reduce hypertension need to be revised regularly in order to prevent hypotensive crisis(low blood pressure).
So , I advise you to visit your physician for dose revision to make the blood pressure around 120/80 (normal range).

Hope helped you,
Feel free to contact me again anytime for any clarifications or further assistance in future.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Bradycardia ,Visiting doctor is advised.

Detailed Answer:
Hello there,
Thanks for follow up,

You are going for bradycardia 49 beats/ minute (low heart rate) as it has been 6 hours after your medication, it is advisable to go nearby hospital.

Don’t panic, Drink plenty of water and keep yourself hydrated. A gentle walk is advised .

Don’t take next dose of metaprolol without doctors consultation. Visiting doctor is advised as soon as possible.
Take care.
