Brief Answer:
Wanting to become aggressive is not a solution

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.

I read your query word by word and understand your concern. Masturbation is completely normal phenomenon and it does not result in any complication if there is no excessive use or misuse.
If you have developed any problem than there might be another reason which can be dealt effectively.

Premature ejaculation can be due to multiple factors and in your case it seems to be more of psychological problem than a organic problem. Psychological means there is no abnormality in the system but the excessive anxiety or performance anxiety makes the sexual intercourse not a joyful activity but a stressful event that making things worse.

Before we proceed further I have few questions for you
1 Do you have any sexual experience in before nainital trip?
2. If yes what was the result of intercourse- how long you lasted?
3. What is the frequency of masturbation per week?
4. How long a single erection last for you- even when you masturbate or not?
5. Are you receiving any medication? If any please reason the prescription with doses and duration?
6. Do you have any medical illness. If any describe in details.

Please note that sexual satisfaction is not about aggression. It is mutual pleasure with your partner with mutual respect. What you need to focus is on activity rather than time and other things. Always use ample of time for the foreplay often significant part of sexual relationship. For time being use use perfroma durex condom, which will delay the ejaculation.
Thanks and regards
Dr Ashok
