Brief Answer:
Motivate yourself to eat frequent small meal, thyroid function test

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome.
I have gone through your query.
As you have mentioned that you have done your blood work, I assume that your that your Hb estimation and Blood sugar are normal.
I would like to know have you done your thyroid function test, if not kindly get it done, as hyperthyroidism is associated with loss of weight.
Presently I would suggest you to drink plenty of water and kindly eat small frequent meals instead of large meal. You can either keep reminder or ask friends / relatives to remind and to motivate to eat.
Kindly go for scope and further management can be decided based on the report.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you.
Take care.
