Brief Answer:
Diabetes causing balanoposthitis.

Detailed Answer:
Seen all the photos.
The condition is called balanoposthitis and is classical of diabetes.
It can be controlled only if your diabetes is well controlled.
Get the fresh blood sugar levels: Fasting/PP and Random; HbA1c and other tests.
Urine test.
The effective treatment is as follows:
Clean the area with plain water 2 to 4 times a day and and keep it dry with a pure cotton cloth or a dryer.
you may apply liquid Povidone Iodine locally or a Metronidazole cream- nothing else at all. We have seen no results with any other solution, cream or ointment. So do not try anything else; if you are using any, please stop it.

A course of antibiotic with metronidazole orally for 5 to 7 days should help you to get a cure. Also needed is oral and local anti-fungal treatment.

Gyne check up of your wife/sex partner and treatment if required. No sex at the moment and to use condom once the condition is controlled.

Consult your Doctor, get the investigations, reference for Diabetologist and Urologist so that prescription based treatment will be undertaken a for a cure.
