Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and after reviewing your case history I'm of the following opinion:

1. Since problem is chronic and no permanent solution is there till date, most probably it is an immune response [Autoimmune] of body either to :
. H.Pylori bacyeria
. demodex folliculorum [microscopic mite]
. abnormalities in facial blood vessels.

PS. whatever is the cause we usually classify such disease under 'AMA' [allergic manifestation] which have not undergone proper agni paka [metabolism] after entering the body

2. In Ayurveda we usually hold Pitta [fire] responsible to be the cause of Rosacea, as such hot food/drinks [tea/coffee],stress,spicy food, extreme of temperature, medicines [steroid] are an aggravating factor for the same. [do rule them out

3. In Ayurveda we usually manage the patient by determining the digestive tendency since Ayurveda believes that all disease arise due to faulty digestion thus one can adopt following line of treatment:

i. Diet: [Anti Pitta diet]
. Avoid: milk,yogurt,sugarcane,newly harvested rice,fish meat,salt,acid fruits/ food,vinegar,oil,raw radish,over eating,day time sleeping,swimming after sun bath

. Take: barley, whole wheat bread, honey, eggs, brown rice, beans, orange, green vegetables, sweet and astringent fruits [not sour],boiled and filtered water

ii. General line of Management:
. Snehapana as purificatory [shodhana] or palliative [shamana]
. XXXXXXX [therapeutic emesis]
. Virechana [therapeutic purgation]

iii. Some useful formulations prescribed are:
. Oil [taila] yogas: tuvaraka taila, nimba taila, mahamarichadi taila for external application
. Kalkas and churanas: aragwadhadi,triphla,nyagrodhadi
. Kwatha: manjisthadi, vibhitakadi kwatha
. Asava and Arishta: madhukasav,khadirarishta,sarivadhyarishta
. Rasoushadhis: gandhak rasayan,rasmanikya ras,makshik bhasam

PS. Please consult a qualified Ayurveda Physician near your working/living place who after careful examination and investigation will suggest the best treatment protocol.

iv. Skin disease are usually precipitated by STRESS and Disturbed Immune system thus Rasayan [Immunomodulators] and XXXXXXX Drugs [Nootropics] should also be included in the regime.
