Brief Answer:
Increased intracranial pressure vs. perimenopause. More information needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Those symptoms seem to be related to increased intracranial pressure at its first stages.

However, there is need for more information about your daughter previous and actual condition such high blood pressure (if any), location of the stroke ( or imaging studies results ), treatment and drugs in the past.

Another possible explanation about your daughter's symptoms may be perimenopause or menopause changes, but, again more information is needed about this condition too.

Awaiting for more information about above mentioned issues so we can understand better your daughter's condition and narrow the diagnosis possibilities.
