Brief Answer:
Primary eosinophilia due to food allergy

Detailed Answer:
Hi,Sir,
I have carefully read your query and understand your concern.

The current list of drugs(except Eltriz) are mainly prescribed to protect your spinal cord from degeneration against intervertebral disc compression.

You should continue these drugs as per your doctor's advice

You seem to have Primary eosinophilia(that is no underlying cause for elevated eosinophil count and no involvement of any organ).

This condition needs no specific therapy medically except food changes.

Basically you seem to have inherent hypersensitivity towards food stuffs which are prompting these skin symptoms.

DIET SPECIFICATIONS:
Try to avoid milk, egg, soya, fish, wheat and peanuts-Elimination diet.

Instead consume diet rich in-Inclusion/hypoallergin diet,

sunflower seeds,
mustard greens,
mushrooms,
pure turmeric powder,
apples
sweet potatos,
buckwheat,
rosehips,
flax seeds
green tea,
garlic XXXXXXX

I hope this info is helpful to you.
Thank you
