Brief Answer:
detailed history is required

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX,

I have gone through your query and will help in you in best possible way,

Let me make you sure that heart attack pain is very severe non relieving pain, its not small pain,

but you didn't mention since when you are getting pain,

Presently If your getting chest pain you should visit your nearest ER or hospital as soon as possible and get your EKG done and get physicians opinion.

I will like to know some history to help in you in better way,

Since when are you getting chest pain???
Is it associated with sweating??
Does pain refers to jaw,
Back or left hand??
Do you get breathlessness while exertion???

Can you please upload the reports of ECG ,lipid profile,it will be easier to help you.

Awaiting your reply

Regards.
