Brief Answer:
Suspected features of early hemifacial hyperplasia.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Hi

First of all I would like to begin with a note, have full faith in God, do not think too much about your facial appearance, Insha Allah, there could be a permanent solution to your problem.

After having gone through your history and the uploaded pictures it seems to me you have an early features of suspected hemifacial hyperplasia.

I would like to know:

1. For how long you have been having this problem?
2. Do you have any problem with the right side of your body like arm, fore arm, hand, leg or foot?
3. Do you have any other problem or medical illness?

Awaiting your reply.

Brief Answer:
At this moment there is no need for surgery.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Hi
Thanks for your reply.

After having gone through your history and the uploaded recent photograph I have the feeling that treatment is not required at this moment.
However, if you think for cosmetic considerations you may approach the dental surgeons specialized in Orthodontic reconstructive surgery.

Treatment may include reconstructive procedures such as osteotomies or orthognathic surgical procedure and soft tissue debulking by excision of excess masticatory and subcutaneous tissues, with preservation of neuromuscular functions.

Hope this answers your query.
Best regards.
