Brief Answer:
Fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to see that you are suffering from a problem with your penis and foreskin. This is a very common problem and can be treated at home. I think you have a fungal infection or a bacterial overgrowth in the foreskin. I recommend getting a topical anti-fungal cream like terbinafine. After washing each day with a gentle soap apply the cream to the penis. This may take several weeks to resolve but the most important thing is to clean yourself daily and apply the antifungal cream. If the area gets worse, becomes more red and swollen then you may have a bacterial infection and will need to see your medical provider for antibiotics. Take those antibiotics as recommended and complete our course of therapy.

In summary
1. Clean foreskin and penis daily with gentle soap and water
2. Apply antifungal cream daiily till healed
3. If foreskin becomes more inflammed or red see medical provider
4. Take antibiotics as directed
