Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination And ED
Question: I HAVE TO THE REST ROOM,DAY AND NITE ABOUT EVERY 1/12,OR EVERY 2 HRS.I AM 66 YRS OLD AND I ALSO HAVE ..ED..SOMEBODY TOLD ME ABOUT CIELIS,,WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have urinary symptoms due to enlarged prostate associated with Erectile Dysfunction which always common with enlarged prostate.
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Have you ever tested your Serum Testosterone levels very recently.?There is always decline of 1% testosterone with every advancing year after the age of 60 years and this is one of the contributing factor that causes ED at this age .
2) have you ever consulted Urologist for your urinary symptoms and got investigated to know the size of the prostate ,residual urine volume ,uroflometry etc ?.
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
4) Serum Testosterone levels
Normally I prescribe Cialis 5 mg every day and 10 -20 mg on a day of planned sexual activities .This helps to relieve obstructive urinary symptoms due to prostate and takes care of problem of ED as well.
Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
