Suggest Treatment For Fluctuating Blood Sugar Levels

Question: My blood sugar was
12 Hr fasting 140 and
after 2 hour of food 213 in the month of April 2014.
Now I checked
12 Hr fasting is 76 and
after 2 Hr of food 88.
What to do now ?

Dear Sir, The first sugar levels you have mentioned are higher to normal and the second ones are in the normal range.

As we cannot rely upon single sugar levels each time. The next step to be done is just check out HbA1c level which gives sugar levels of past 3 months. If they are under normal, then you need not worry. If that shows a higher zone, then follow diet control and exercises as first mode of management.
