Suggest Treatment For Flaky Red Spots On Chest

Question: Hi. About 5 months ago i noticed this spot on my chest. It came out of nowhere. About 2 months ago i scrached it abd it became flaky. It has no grow in size. But i am concered. What might this be? Thank you. Ps - i am 18

It is looking like simple eczema.
Just apply a mild steroid cream like fluticasone daily in night for a week. You will get relief.
