    Suggest treatment for fibrosis

Question: Hello doctor
I just got diagnosed with stage 4 fibrosis in my lever in fibroscan
Is it reversible and cured ?
I m trying to loose weight
I don't drink alcohol neither I have any hepatitis b or c ?
What can cause this and is there any chance for cure?
Also I have anxiety disorder from a long time and I feel loss of alertness these days ?
Can it be because of anxiety or lever disease?

I am 35 and male
My lft had elevated sgpt of 80 that's u I got test done
I was taking medicine from last 14 days for cold and cough emanzen d and Allegra and ambrolite cough syrup which I stopped last week

No other test done so far

Is there any difference between cirosis and fibrosis?

Thanks for the additional information.

Fibrosis and cirrhosis are different.

Fibrosis is scarring of the liver tissue.
Cirrhosis is scarring with haphazard regeneration of liver tissue.

Fibrosis can be considered early stage of cirrhosis.

Some of the common causes of fibrosis are alcohol intake, chronic hepatitis B and C infection, metabolic liver diseases, autoimmune liver diseases, Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
Sometimes no cause can be found.

Fibrosis is less likely to be reversible. But medications are being developed to reverse fibrosis and stop progression with promising results.

Decreased alertness due to liver disease occurs only after liver failure occurs.
