Question: What can I do to feel better at 67 with fibromyalgia and I get my husband's second hand stress , so I feel like I can't barely function?

Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that Fibromyalgia is an extremely difficult disease , you can only recover when you want to recover from it . You will need to be started on drugs like Duloxetine , amitryptyline etc. to treat you and help you out in combating this disease.

It is very important to improve your sleep pattern and keep yourself mobile , regular exercise is the key to beat this disease .
