You have to take two tablets at bed time as suggested previously. These tablets are known to increase acidity and stomach irritation. Hence, they should not be taken on empty stomach. To counteract this stomach irritation, I would advise you to take one tablet of Pantoprazole on empty stomach for a week at least. In addition, Tablets of Lactobacilli (available here in my area as Sporlac) will help you improve your gastro-colic reflex.

I do not know in which area you are residing, hence I cannot tell you the brand names of these medicines. Moreover, legally we are not allowed to prescribe any medicines online on forum like this. Therefore, please take help of your family doctor and tell him these medicines. The doctor will prescribe you the locally available trade products.
