Question: I am 10 weeks pregnant, on Zofran every day and am impacted. Tried to push it out and pull it out and started bleeding, but the bleeding has now stopped. I got a small amount of stool out manually. I took a Miralax and Colace a few hours ago before trying to push. Then tried a Saline Enema (saline from Walgreens). All the liquid came out, but I couldn't push the stool out because it hurt too bad and I started bleeding again. I stopped trying to push and don't know if I should do anything else until tomorrow. I don't feel as impacted, but my butt hurts soo bad that I can't sit down. This is so embarrassing, I hope you can help. I don't want to go to the ER, my butt hurts too bad and it's so embarrassing.

Brief Answer:
Local Anesthetic gel

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It is better to visit ER.

If you dont wish, Apply local anesthetic gel to area of pain which will reduce pain. Lie down on bed for sometime and dont try to sit as pain might increase.

Dont try enema again at home during pregnancy. If pain does not subside in 3 hours or bleeding is more you have to go to ER.

Regards
