Brief Answer:
needs complete clinical correlation

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Feeling extreme fatigue and profuse sweating at night with all workup panels in normal limits need further evaluation. Profuse sweating should be cleared for any metabolic causes like diabetes, endocrine dysfunctions, thyroid imbalances etc. Infections and fever of unknown origin should be sorted out. With your work up clear i am sure your doctor has considered all these possibilities. Obesity it self can cause excessive sweating.

Last but not the least is the possibility of menopausal symptoms as those can lead to such profuse sweating and fatigue. Let your doctor consider you for menopause as suspected cause and decide if you need hormone replacement therapy and supportive care.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
