1. Loperamide immediatedly for diarrhea.
2. Electrolyte salts mixed in a glass of water for dehydration.
3. Metronidazole or Tinidaloze (not both) for germs (protozoa) that cause the problem.
4. Norfloxacin for germs (bacteria) that cause the infection.
5. Omeprazole or Pantoprazole (not both) for gas.
6. Propranolol low dose (10mg) for "racing heart" sensations.
