Brief Answer:
I think reducing your weight can help you

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

Although medications are main stay of treatment in erectile dysfunction but delineating the cause of problem can help you even without medication.

To explain it further we all know that obesity per se is the biggest killer of your sexual health and there is good possibility that reducing weight can help you in erectile dysfunction.

Similarly if you are alcoholic or smoker or use any other substance complete abstinence can help you in your ED problem.

The other possible cause of ED at your age are hypertension and diabetes so getting tested for these problems and treating them may help you.

I mean to say that it is important to identify the cause of problem and correct them one by one so the sexual health can be restored.

I hope this helps you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards.

Do you know of anything else that can help, like testosterone supplements ? They always have supplements at the pharmacy. Do they work?

Follow up

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for follow up.

As stated above the treatment of ED depends on the cause of problem.

Similarly if there is testosterone deficiency the testosterone supplements can do wonders but in case there is no deficiency of testosterone you can not have any positive effect with testosterone supplements.

I hope this clarifies further.
