Brief Answer:
Erectile dysfunction

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You have erectile dysfunction. What that means is that you penis does not get enough blood flow to help maintain erections. The viagra works by helping the blood flow but it does not always work. In addition to increasing blood flow you need to be stimulated sexually and in the mood to have sex. Sometimes anxiety plays a big role in ED. Therefore make sure you are mentally stimulated too so that you have full capacity for sex. If the viagra does not work there are other options, other medications like levitra and cialis. You may also may try a vacuum pump with penile rings to improve blood flow. You could also have testosterone deficiency. I recommend that if the viagra does not work that you see a urologist and have them run the proper tests for ED and then tailor make a program for you to help with the ED

In summary
1. ED reduced blood flow to penis
2. Also need mental stimulation for sex
3. Try other medications like levitra and cialis
4. See urology for testosterone testing
5. Vacuum pump and rings
