Brief Answer:
in the Higher limit range, can not cause pain; provide more history.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read the history about your wife and understood your worry.

To recapitulate: Caesarean section delivery on 19 the Dec 2014 - pain in upper abdomen 1 week - Rushed to the Doctor - USG shows 12.7 cm spleen - Doctors say not to worry - but you are worried.

Let us discuss further.
It is almost 2 months for the Caesarean - pain in abdomen 1 week -
The pain is in the upper abdomen.
USG shows spleen 12.7 cm.

The normal size of the spleen is 12 to 14 cm on ultrasonography
This means this is the upper limit.
This much enlargement of the spleen can not cause any pain.
The USG has specifically mentioned that upper abdominal wall is normal, Liver and Bile Ducts are normal (related to the splenic size) hence commented specifically to correlation. Rest of the things are normal.
You have posted all the three attachments of page 2 of the report, please post the page 1 also.

So splenomegaly can not be the reason for the pain in abdomen with the report you have attached.
Nor have you mentioned about any associated problems along with the upper abdomen pain like, burning, nausea, vomiting, bloating, loose motions or constipation, fever; hence I take this as normal or please mention the associated symptoms for me to have some clinical diagnosis by detailed history.

Please fell free to provide more information and ask relevant questions.
I can certainly understand that you had problem with Mother.

I hope this answer helps you, you may please attach the page 1 of the report and provide further information. At the moment marginal high of splenic size has no relation to the pain in upper abdomen and stop worrying about it.

Brief Answer:
X-ray chest is not normal, needs further evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your feedback and the reports.
Reports show:
X-ray Chest 16-2-15 : Pneumonitic changes, right parahilar, right lung base.
This is a recent report and needs to be evaluated by the MD, Medicine Doctor or Pulmonologist if available.
This may be the reason for her symptoms due to referred pain. X-ray is just indicative of of an internal problem and should be confirmed in consultation of a Physician and or a CT scan of the chest.

Spleen size as I mentioned is just at the limits and nothing to worry about.
If this is physiologically increased, it may regress, or it may be normal for her.
You can recheck he size on ultrasonography after one and half months.
Since you will be consulting a Physician, please discuss the issue with him too. His / Her opinion will help you to get a clearer views.
He will also examine her for the pain in the abdomen and help with a diagnosis and give necessary treatment, which may be acidity or so.
Due to baby, the Mother rarely gets adequate sleep, timely foods and so on.

I will be happy to get your feedback.
