Question: Hello i experienced this first time today,i am 25 , i mastarbated but there was no sperm what could be the reason. ?

Can this be the case of retrograde ejacuation, few days back i was experiencing pain in bladder, and also pain in right testicle. So i took some medicine prescribed by doctor and today there was no pain.
