Suggest Treatment For Dissociative Fugue Along With Hallucinations

Question: . For Dr Seikhoo Bishnoi only. Dr B it went badly in court. The judge said that he would not uphold the order of protection. Both XXXXXXX and I are afraid of him so the judge question why I was appealing the injunction that XXXXXXX filed. XXXXXXX seemed very confused and did not remember anything that had happened. XXXXXXX has what we suspect is also severe DID or dissociative identity disorder. The Judge had to tell him four or five time that he could not contact or try to talk to me which he tried to in court and yet when the judge told him he could talk to me and ask me questions, he didn't seem to know what to ask me.,..he seemed very confused, XXXXXXX has what we believe is DID because we have had it and XXXXXXX recognizes it when XXXXXXX switches. He seemed to want to talk to me and XXXXXXX thought he just wanted to work things out with me. XXXXXXX got the feeling he wanted to get back together with me. I tried to get a Chapter 36 but they only do those involuntary commitments if the person is in immediate danger of harming someone...never mind that he has heard command hallucinations and doesn't remember them. I am scared of him but love him and know that he will not get help. I am not sure now if I should appeal the injunction he flied against me or not. Both the police, the court and the psychiatric hospital said it was a domestic matter...whatever that means...I guess he can commit a crime or do whatever he wants and it won't be until after that that they MIGHT do something...I am not sure what to do now...I feel hopeless and confused I am not sure if XXXXXXX is right that XXXXXXX just wanted to talk to me or not...or if in his Asperger's mind it was something altogether. please help me..
Please help me. I love him but am afraid of him. So confused now about whether to get that appeal going or not. I am so sick of the mental health services in this country. I hate to see him get worse and worse. XXXXXXX said he seemed more like the old original XXXXXXX we used to know and love. He didn't seem to remember any of the stuff we said he had said about entities telling him to kill or murder people...he seemed confused and dumfounded...when the judge told him he could ask me a question about what we had said he did not even know what to ask.. XXXXXXX thinks he might have wanted to get back together with me but he doesn't trust where he is at emotionally and is afraid he might hurt me...we don't know where to go from here. I will be leaving for Israel in May if we can get things sold by then...please if you have any ideas. we are afraid of him but we feel bad for him as he doesn't remember anything...he has a lot of dissociative fugue states and switches a lot and it is very noticeable as is his honest confusion. I think that it is almost worse than the schizophrenia and he has beaten his former partner nearly to death...I love him and want to see him before we leave but am not sure that that will be possible...

Brief Answer:
Please relax yourself and have patience

Detailed Answer:
Hello again

I can not help much in this situation because the Judge already gave decision in Michael's side. Legal proceedings and health system about psychiatric patients are different in US as compared to that in XXXXXXX He can't be examined by a Psychiatrist so in such situation best that can be done is to wait and keep patience. Try to relax your self in such situation and don't feel bad. He might wanted to talk to you in court but in the same time he is also delusional so exact reason for his behaviour can't be predicted. Please since beginning from our very first conversation I am telling you to please have patience and let time and GOD decide the fete.

Thanks

Wait I can do.I am okay but I cannot see him, and am not sure ii is safe to anyway. Anytime I tried to contact him he just filed injunction, Even XXXXXXX was afraid, I just wonder if its even worth trying to appeal the injunction,The judge kept telling him to sit down and stop trying to talk to me. I am not sure if its safe to have the injunction lifted now or not or if I should let it go and try to forget him. XXXXXXX thought he was desperate to talk to me. Its sad I have to just write him off and try to forget him
Not sure I can just forget him either but at least I am not in such a trauma state. I just feel so very sad,,,wish I could at least email him and tell him that if he wants to talk to me or work things out he will have to get help first as I am afraid of him and so is XXXXXXX ..you said to wait. I will be going to Israel so what should I wait for? Should I wait until we get there and then try to contact him or what? I am afraid if I should get the injunction lifted here he would just file another injunction or come to the door in which case I am too afraid of him to talk to him alone. Do you think I have a good reason to be afraid of him or do you think he is more likely to hurt someone else...he really didn't remember ANYTHING we said in court, not a thing.. XXXXXXX thinks he probably remembers we were in a romantic relationship as he didn't shake his head no when I said that and seemed to like looking at me,,all I know to do is pray and wait. The thing I don't know is if I should try to get the injunction appealed,,,

Brief Answer:
At present don't think of mailing him because this would make things worse

Detailed Answer:
Hello again

At least wait for few weeks so that you come out of this bad phase of time. As per my opinion no need to appeal for injunction again because court and legal situations would not consider him psychotic without his will. So his behaviour cant be accepted in court as psychotic behaviour. Try to remain calm and try to achieve your goal to move Israel if possible.

Thanks

I don't think you understood what I meant. I want to RE peal the injunction he filed against me. In that case I would tell the court that I did NOT try to threaten or intimidate him by sending him those emails in February but was only trying to get him to respond to me. If I get that dropped then he could email me or talk to me without either of us getting in trouble, see? But I am also afraid of him. XXXXXXX said he really felt XXXXXXX might niot even remember filing it against me because of his dissociative fugue state and XXXXXXX thought the judge was trying to prevent us from starting things up again between because he could sense XXXXXXX wanted to start things up between us again, both the judge and XXXXXXX thought that was true. But XXXXXXX is so unstable and unpredictable I am unsure if I should get the injunction XXXXXXX against me dropped. If I don't though, I won't be able to email or write him and he can't email or write or see me. I am afraid to see him alone but would like him to know that I will be leaving for Israel even though I am afraid of him. If the court doesn't lift the injunction I am not even sure if I can email him from Israel, so you see, I am in a bind. I have the papers almost ready to file to have the injunction XXXXXXX filed against me lifted. His dissociative fugue state is almost more scary than the schizophrenia and I wonder if DID is the main issue as you can have hallucinations with that too...

Brief Answer:
Yes you should appeal to remove that injunction

Detailed Answer:
Hello again

Yes now I can understand. If that injunction is dropped and you can mail him again then that would be a good idea. This would help you in growing new hope and you can become better in health. If the papers are ready and the lawyer thinks that the injunction would be dropped then this will be a right decision as per my opinion. But you have to explain to the judge clearly and assertively that you mailed him because you wanted him to respond and they were not meant to be threatening.

He might be having amnesia or he can totally deny any incident or event in court because in psychosis a lot of patients forget important things. Dissociative fugue state is different, in fugue individuals wanders away from home and assume new identity. His behaviour was different and can be explained by his psychosis or schizophrenia easily.

Thanks.

Oh okay then. I was just so afraid of him. He seemed so confused and upset and wanted to talk to me. Do you think he really wants to start over as XXXXXXX says or do you think he just wanted to ask me what was going on? The Judge gave him a chance to talk to me and ask me questions but he didn't answer. I AM confused now wondering why he wanted to talk to me, just to clear things up or because he really likes me and wants to talk to me and be with me again...what do you think? He might even forget he filed the injunction is against him and I would hate to have to call the police as they would just put him in jail not get him help.

Brief Answer:
Try to remain calm and get that injunction dropped.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again

Some patients of psychosis or schizophrenia fail to remember any thing during a specific psychotic episode or during stages of agitation. When the behaviour improves or changes they can totally deny their behaviour. He behaved as if nothing has happened and then couldn't talk, this could be possibly because he was not remembering what happened in past few months. But I cant say this with certainty because I haven't seen him during any of his episodes.

But as XXXXXXX is also saying that it appeared that he wanted to talk, and this can be due to his confusion and he might be confused that what is going on. Try to get that injunction dropped at least for XXXXXXX so that you can converse with him again.

Thanks, please try to relax yourself and take your pain medicines regularly. Don't compromise with your health and well being.

I won't. I can't explain it but the trauma of all of this has lifted for me despite how badly things are going for XXXXXXX I want to live again and have started having interest in life again. Do you think XXXXXXX might be right that he might still care about me and just want to start over? XXXXXXX got that distinct impression from XXXXXXX and of course as he knows him, I think he could be right but then again maybe he isn't. The judge knew that XXXXXXX wanted contact with me but who knows why except that he was confused about what I was saying. That doesn't mean that he necessarily still is in love with me, or does it? XXXXXXX has Asperger;s but since he took homeopathics to help him explain his feelings,is usually pretty perceptive about people's feelings especially Michael's as XXXXXXX does not hide his feelings AT ALL. I have seemed to be able to separate my feelings from Michael's now but still feel sad for him, I am just more guarded around him..I was really the person he trusted and was closest to at one time but just feel unnerved by his violent tendencies the voices etc. Is it possible that he might just want to be with me again as he once was or not? What do you think? Or do you think his delusion of me being harmed if I am with him might be lessening since he seemed to want to talk to me so badly?

Brief Answer:
He might have some consideration about you and your role in his life

Detailed Answer:
Hello again

Asperger's patients have almost normal or some times more intelligence as compared to other persons. If he noticed that then that can be right. But this is very early to say because though he wanted to talk to you, and it can be possible he still have some consideration about you, but he is still ill. His delusion can weaken or become less severe. We can just hope that he comes out of delusions. If he wanted to talk with you in court then that is a good thing, but in the same time he is still ill. I am sorry but I cant say with certainty.

Thanks.
