Brief Answer:
Racecadotril, probiotic will be beneficial.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
Kindly ask the active ingredient of L Dopar if it is Loperamide, then find. Eldoper contains Loperamide, which is responsible for reducing the motion.

How many episodes you had?

If loperamide does not help, I would recommend you to take Capsule Redotil (racecadotril) which reduces the frequency of loose motion, kindly get the prescription for the above drug and use it.

Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking and meat for few days. Eat food rich in fibers. Curd will be beneficial. You can take probiotic like ecobion or sporolac which will also be helpful in loose motion.

But if the loose motion persists then you need to get test called stool routine and culture sensitivity test.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
