Suggest Treatment For Dark Discolouration On The Scrotum While On Fluconazole
Question: I have had a darkening of my scrotum for several years and have treated it as a fungus using several prescriptions from my dermatologist and urologist, most recently fluconazole tablets, 50 mg and Ketoconazole cream--still suffering .

Based on the history given I am of the opinion that you have some sort of hyperpigmentation involving your scrotum which did not respond to antifungal medications.
May I ask a few questions so as to analyze your condition properly.
1. Do have any associated symptoms like itching, bruising, or pain ?
2. Do you have similar darkening of the skin on other areas of your body like neck, armpit, hands, groin, etc ??
3. Do you have any medical illness like diabetes, obesity, etc.
4. Do you take any medication for any other health concerns apart from the fluconazole and ketoconazole ?
5. Please share your occupational details..
